Together, they tell a story of hope: that something meaningful can grow from even the hardest experiences. Therapy at Olive & Ash is approached with patience, compassion, and deep respect for each client’s unique story. I consider it a genuine privilege to enter that space with someone and offer steady, compassionate, and professionally grounded care.  My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, and trauma-informed modalities including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
